Portfolios and Returns

Our Investment Portfolios

We offer six core ESG tilted Investment portfolios which are tailored to different levels of market risk exposure. Your circumstances, investment experience, risk and return objectives and financial constraints change over time. Regular reviews ensure that your portfolio continues to offer you the highest probability of success.

Our Sustainable Investing (SI) approach

The six investment portfolios we offer clients support higher levels of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance issues) whilst remaining faithful to the underlying attributes of prudent investment which includes low cost and wide diversification.

We do not attempt to satisfy the highest possible SI objectives as to do so would require a very restrictive investment criteria which, in turn would increase costs and reduce Diversification.

FEES

Our fees are generally charged relative to the size of the investment portfolio

At Bradley Nuttall North Limited we typically charge clients a fee based on the value of Assets under Management.
This fee reduces on a sliding scale for larger portfolios, and the fees specific to your circumstances will be detailed by our advisers as part of the initial discussion. To further protect clients’ assets and to simplify administration, investment assets are held by independent custodian APEX Investment Administration (NZ) Ltd.

What other fees/costs will I be charged?

Bradley Nuttall North Limited employs low cost, low turnover institutional funds, most of which are not available to retail investors. The weighted average fund manager fees for the total portfolio are approximately 0.40% gross p.a.
